Bacc: Week 2. 'E'

Hello! Welcome to the last chapter for Week 2! It also features a brand spankin' new family!

Without further ado...

Meet Emily E.! Unlike households A-D Emily is a fortune sim who wants to become a business tycoon. Which becomes an issue in a minute because I didn't read the rules properly. But we'll get to that in a second.

Here is Emily's very...humble abode.

Miss fortune sim is not dealing with the squalor that I provided her with so she starts digging.

After she got the free computer she (I) decided to get her a job in the business career. I didn't realize it when I did it but the career is not unlocked to everyone just yet. Bear with me though.

I sent Emily to work straight away because she needed the money so she missed the welcome wagon.

She didn't come back with a promotion but the little bit of extra money always helps!

She did bring a friend home. Kathy I think? I don't remember. The became friends before she left.

I figured another quick way of getting money into the house would be to get her a baby daddy. I don't have ACR installed so everybody is straight. Pretty boring honestly. But we'll go with it.

The first guy she met was Luc and she had two bolts for him!

So they chatted.

And flirted a little.

But I thought she might want to feel out some other guys so she greeted Jerry here as well. Only 1 bolt though.

He seemed to like her well enough though.

He gave her the 'expensive' t.v. to try out! 8,000k chaching!

Emily came back with a promotion the next day!

She also redecorated a little bit with the t.v. money and her promotion money! It was at this point that I realized that I was breaking the rules with her being in the business career. So I had an idea.

Step 1. Get Luc into the household.

Wasn't hard. They were very sweet with each other <3

They are going to make the cutest babies. 

Oh and Luc brought in 12,000k. Thank you Luc! He also wants to be a criminal mastermind. 

Hmm. Doable, but will take some time.

Since neither one of the people had any real wants to open a particular business so I made that decision for them. This is the dance studio needed to unlock the Dance career!

And also the venue where Luc will be living until it gets to level 10. 

But first they need to buy it.

Emily popped! A little nooboo is on it's way :D

*le sigh*

Whelp. A career in law enforcement has been unlocked.

Luc has been digging like crazy so they can buy the dance studio. Eventually he got the beloved treasure chest, and the 4,000k vase as well. Just like that 'Dancing Divas' is owned by the E. family!

I actually had Luc purchase it because Emily is super pregnant and it's going to be really hard to focus on getting the business up to level 10 and taking care of her at the same time. So Luc going to Dancing Divas on his own.

Luc had a very difficult time. This is him almost going into aspiration failure.

Luc was at this lot for so long that he became friends with the evil witch.

I thought it was kind of cute actually.

But eventually Luc did it. He got the lot to level 10. 

Now Emily's job isn't illegal and the Dance career has been unlocked. The entire experience was tedious so I am so relieved that it's over.

Emily is very grateful for her boyfriend's sacrifice!

They had quite a bit of cash after that whole shebang so Luc donated a cool 50k to the college fund! There is now 140,000 in the fund. Hopefully I can really bump those donations up next week. I'd prefer for the first round of teenagers (barring Christine because there is just no way) to be able to go to college.

But we need babies before worrying about that college business!

Welcome baby girl Esther!

I had Luc join the military career until we unlock the criminal one. Hopefully by the next round it will be open.

When he got home I gave him a makeover. Dress for the job you want amiright?

And another baby is on its way!

Time for Esther's birthday.

Very cute. As expected with two attractive parents! I'm not even upset about the hair or outfit. 

Potty training was taken care of lickity split.

And Monday morning Emily walks to work. The E. family's time is up and that marks the end of this rotation!

Bacc: Week 2. 'D'

Welcome back to Happy Land! A euphemism for I don't know what I'm doing but hopefully it gets better!  

Last time at the D. household Dylan married Lora, got Happy Land's first clothing store to level 10, and had their first child, Derek. 

Now that you are caught up let's get to it!

I forgot how pregnant Lora was! 

Geez. I'm still not a huge fan of toddlers tbh. But here is Derek.

Here is a pic of the house at this time. It's pretty nice actually.

Lora had a really rough pregnancy. I'm trying not to maxmotives so much with this challenge but these sims are making it hard.

Then I remembered this object exists!

Just in time too!

Aww welcome baby Diana!

Now that Lora isn't super pregnant I thought we could get a jump start on her pottery store. I've aptly named it 'Dat Pottery'. 

I really like how it turned out <3

Lora got it to level 4 before she ran out of stock! Which I thought was pretty good!

Derek is a creepy little toddler. Something about his face is unsettling.

Which is why I was so excited for his birthday! Maybe he'll grow into his face a little bit.

One last skilling session to get into platinum and...

...Happy Birthday Derek!

Well he kind of grew into it. He's a sweet kid personality wise so I'm not so creeped out anymore.

Plus he fists pumps when he makes his bed which is super cute.

I totally forgot about Diana's birthday, and I'm really upset because she grew up absolutely adorable. I had low expectations with Lora because she has the Sandy Bruty face but her kids so far are not bad at all. Unlike Merlin's brood over at the B. house.

Because Lora has been so good at making cute babies (and as family sims both Lora and Dylan want another baby) I allowed another pregnancy. Heck maybe I'll let them have the full six kids.

Dylan is getting those skills out of the way.

I'm sorry but Diana is too precious not to follow around.

Dylan- I heard the lullaby the other night. You doing ok?

Lora- Oh yeah. Just puking my guts up every thirty minutes no biggie.

Pregnancy sounds horrible. You momma's out there are superheroes!

I can't stop myself.

Wasn't kidding about the amount that Lora was puking. She has horrible pregnancies.

Finally she can stop puking!

They really dote on Diana in this house.

I tried to make this pregnancy easier for Lora. Lots of bubble baths were had.

2nd fire in Happy Land! One more and a spot in Law Enforcement opens up!

This picture would have been so much cuter if the sky wasn't peeking through. I'm working on fixing my camera angles in-game but I think there is something wonky with my screen. 

But a cute picture no?

Dylan's hobby is tinkering so he is finishing up the body work on this car.

Lora goes into labor on Monday morning at 4 o'clock. 

And baby Dominic is born! He's the first baby to inherit Lora's skin tone.

But wait! There's more!

This is little girl Delilah!

It was at this point that I realized that Diana is also due to age up.

She was already in the white so I just had her age up on the ground.

Dylan gets some quality time with Diana before the school bus gets here.

And it's eight in the morning on Monday which means time is up for the D. family this week.

I'll give stats at the end of this week's rotation, which means at the end of the E. family's week next chapter.

D. family gave us the neighborhood's third set of twins (I have the quad hack but I haven't changed the global odds or anything) and it's seventh business. Hopefully the A. family will give us a business tycoon at the start of the next rotation and we can get this challenge on the road!
